Painting works in 2-room apartment, Tallinn

In central Tallinn 2-room apartment (55 m²), need wall and ceiling painting. Surfaces are reasonably clean, a few spots with stains.

Needed: wall prep (filler if needed), primer, two coats of paint (matte white ceiling, warm white walls).
